Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
✅ Order Cancellation:
- To cancel an order, select "Cancel My Order" when you receive the confirmation message on WhatsApp.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed; the entire order will be canceled.
- If canceled while in transit, a refund will be processed once received at our warehouse.
✅ Returns & Exchange:
- 15-day easy returns & exchanges – no questions asked!
- You can return or exchange one or all products in your order if needed, but it can only be done once.
- Multiple return/exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
- Items must be in original condition with original tags & packaging at the time of return/exchange.
- If the tags are missing or the item is not in original condition, return/exchange will not be possible.
- Returns are subject to quality checks before processing refunds.
✅ Refunds:
- Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Cash On Delivery ( COD ) refunds are processed via a pay-out link.
- Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after successful pickup.
✅ Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, damaged, or altered products, missing packaging, tags, or freebies.
- Defective items not covered under warranty.
✅ Damaged/Wrong Product Received?
- For return/exchange, simply message "Return" or "Exchange" on our WhatsApp number and follow the instructions.
- Pickup within 2-4 business days; refund is processed once verified.
